This months topic: Exploring Kali Linux
Cam will be showing us some of the great security tools that come built in with Kali Linux. We will then use these tools and work through a Capture The Flag (CTF).
Participants will need:
Laptop / Computer if you would like to participate in the hands on part of the evening. You will either need to be running Kali or have the ability to run Kali inside a Virtual Machine. Due to the size of the Kali image, it is recommended you download this prior to the event. There will also be a limited number of laptops that you will be able to borrow with Kali already installed.
When you RSVP you will get a webex link to the meeting.
People from outside Toowoomba are welcome to join us without the drive!
In the event that there are COVID restrictions imposed the event will still be held online. Please watch our twitter feed (@sectalks_twb), and meetup emails for latest updates.
