Collaboration Conversations
Details
This is our sixth month of meeting - so we're half way to an anniversary.
It seems like a good time to make a special space for conversations between us all (members old and new).
We can look at:
-
Where we are now (as individuals and as a group)
-
What we hope to be doing
-
How the group can help
-
Collaborations that have started to happen since we started to meet
-
And so on.
It won't be an interrogation! But for people who do want to say how things are going, and any issues arising, this will be an ideal opportunity. We'll share our current ideas, hopes, and experiences and explore how we can continue to be "stronger together" in our rapidly changing world. Let me know if there is anything you'd particularly like time set aside for during the evening.
I'm thinking this may be a useful approach for the next few meetings - so that we can develop a "usual way of doing things" that is helpful to everybody. I've booked Central Station for the Third Thursday of the month for another three months (through til June) so that we can easily have ongoing conversations.
Arrangements as usual. Meet upstairs from 6.30 pm for a 6.45 start. We'll start with a clear focus to get things started and help people to know each other, and then allow plenty of time for conversation to flow. We'll end officially around 9pm, but we have the room until 10.30, so there is no need to hurry away.
