Shamanic improvisational toning, movement & harmonics~ In the safe warm womb of mother, we are guided on a fascinating ritual medicine journey. Shamanic toning in our cathedral invokes universal archetypes and our capacities to channel sound and energies. Blending vocals with somatic expression and movement, we remember and weave mystic tones, styles and universal knowledge from all tribes activating and integrating our capacities as healers and wise ones. We cultivate diaphramatic circular breath and depth of voice and character. No experience is needed, only a willingness to be present, discover and channel our power consciously, unify and transform. This workshop is a series offering various foci using shamanic tone improvisation, ritual healing and transformational journeying.
