The 14 Day Plant Based, Healthy Eating Challenge is April 8-22 and it’s free to join. We’ll be exploring a world of nutritious wholesome and healthful foods, discover a variety of new ingredients, flavors and exiting meal preparations!
The goal of the plant based challenge is to make exploring plant based eating a social, collaborative, fun experience. For those already on this path we encourage you to take this opportunity to invite others to join along.
So if you’re already plant-based, tag, challenge, or invite a friend, colleague, or family member to join. We will be provide recipes, tips, videos, and a free cooking lesson. Talks include “Cooking with Spices” and “Heart Healthy Plant Proteins”. Please check out the email newsletter and Facebook support.
