Fun: If Heaven's a Party, Church Shouldn't be a Drag!

Sometime things reputations don't match their reality - Have you ever heard anyone say "I don't want to go to heaven - I'd rather go to the Other Place because I would have more Fun"
Yet - if you do some research you'll see that the most common image of heaven is not winged choresters singing in Mozart - but a rave up, a party, a banquet, a wedding do like the middle eastern ones that last days. Jesus took this seriously - often socialising with the people other people thought he should not be hanging out with, and slagged off by the haters for drinking and eating too much (Matthew 11:18-19)

We too take fun seriously - socialising is key to our community and you are welcome. Even if you think other people wouldn't welcome you, you are welcome. But it's about more than just socialising - Church too should be just as fun.
