Guided Imagery is a technique that directs your imagination to help you access all your senses for the purpose of achieving a goal requiring very little effort and almost anyone can do it.

It involves the use of symbols, archetypes, images and metaphors which can be used to release and create positive change.

Sound Healing:
Sound Healing is the conscious use of the energy of sound to promote wellness, transformational healing, and higher levels of consciousness. We are all vibrating at a specific frequency so with intentional use of sound or vibrations it can raise your vibration to heal and balance the body and mind.

Just lie back and enjoy the relaxing vibrations of the crystal or tibetan bowls while being guided into a dream-like experience!

Please bring a blanket, yoga mat, or something comfortable to lay on&bring/tell friends/family/colleagues.

About Jennifer by Jennifer:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Hypnotherapist (CH), and Certified Trans-Crystal therapist (TCT) with a practice in the Miracle Mile District of Los Angeles, California. I have aspired to helping others since I was a child, especially the most vulnerable and misunderstood. As a young girl, I was sensitive to people’s energy and emotions but was not conscious to the meaning. Not until I was a young adult did I begin exploring the use of meditation, visualizations, energy healings, and learning how to listen to my intuition. I have a special interest in spirituality, the psyche, cultural diversity and norms, particularly belief systems in the power of healing. My diverse background has enabled me to better help children, teens, adults, and families who suffer from various psychological traumas; and understand that there are various levels of healing.

We also practice and ask all to adhere to a no candle and no incense burning policy for those sensitive to synthetic smells as well as for lessening our harmful carbon footprint impact on the environment. Please note that practitioners are permitted to burn a naturally sun dried herb called sage to clean the space energetically. & lastly where candles are part of a sacred ritual, safe, non-scented candles are permitted to be burned upon expressed consent by GATEWAY's operating director. • Also, in as much as we LOVE animals outside humans, no animals other than humans are permitted inside The GATEWAY. Blessedly this does not eliminate our Practitioners here at GATEWAY from being able to do work on them, as often they work remotely and/or with photos or props. We thank the universe for Quantum on that. Where necessary, the Practitioner may set up chairs and a portable divider to makeshift a little private area outside near our patio to do hands on work with animals.
