First Conscious Voices Bookfair

Sat. June 28th, 2014, 10am – 5pm, West L.A.

Wondering what life will be like after the latest Wall Street bubble bursts? Wondering what practices are sustainable for our children’s children?

Conscious Voices is 16 authors, each giving focused ten minute talks, followed with Q&A, speaking about what a healthy future looks like; and, how it can be sustainable, a focus absent from LATimes Book Festival, Wikipedia, etc.

Where can you hear local So. Cal. Authors share their visions for a sustainable future? Tony Camacho of Gateway and Bruce Dickson of HealingToolbox.org decided to create a platform for this. 8 authors in the AM giving focused ten minute talks then 5 minutes Q&A. In the PM another group of 8 talks. Bring a bag lunch! Between sessions, authors and attendees eat together. Authors will share how their topic contributes to making the world more wonderful, how their topic contributes to diverse, sustainable futures.
