Crystal Meditation

The purpose of this group is to discover the energies and properties of different crystals through meditation. It is not about taking the description given in a book and assuming that it's accurate.

Each meeting, we will work with one specific crystal. We will sit in meditation several times to determine how the stone works on different layers of being. The intention is to be open to, and to quietly observe, how you respond to the specific stone. Group members will share their experience and together we will come to an understanding about the objective properties of the stone.

We will sit with a different crystal each meeting, and you will receive that crystal to take with you at the end of the night.
