LAST MINUTE - Cocktails with the Global Legal Blockchain Consortium
Details
The Global Legal Blockchain Consortium is the largest blockchain consortium in the world in the legal industry, with over 320 member organizations and institutions from 35 countries. Over 25% of the world's largest law firms are members, along with the legal departments of some of the largest companies. As part of membership in the GLBC, each organization commits to sponsor or support the development of a blockchain application related to the "business of law" (example: blockchain e-signature).
Come to the NoMad Hotel (in the Giannini Bar) in DTLA on Monday evening to get an update from the GLBC's founder, David Fisher, on the many blockchain applications that are now in development in the legal industry, around the world. See demos of applications still in beta, and learn how to get your firm or company (or you, individually) involved in various blockchain legal software application development projects in entertainment, real estate, insurance, banking, healthcare, and energy.
