Drew got his entrepreneurial start at the age in high school, starting a successful internet business. The funds from that business allowed him to acquire his first rental property. He scaled to 4 properties worth $2 MIllion in college. He found himself out of his own money & hungry to keep growing. By partnering with passive investors and leveraging Other People’s Money, Drew grew to over $200 Million in acquisitions.
