Ubuntu is about to release once again. This release will be a LTS which means that it will have "Long Term Support". Ubuntu release every 6 months, they release LTS only once every 2 years. Support for non-LTS releases is only 18 months, but for LTS releases Canonical will support this for 5 full years on both the desktop and the server (used to be 3yrs on desktop until this release).

The Ubuntu Colorado Local Team is celibrating this release, as they do all the releases, with a party. Come by, have a beer, get a CD, and see what new features Precise Pangolin has to offer.
