Tai Chi
Details
This class will cover tai chi and chi gung. Beginners and people who have studied tai chi are welcome. Classes will be held Monday's and Thursdays at Intecore Physical Therapy in Aliso Viejo from 7pm to 8pm.
Classes are $10 each or $10 for a week. New students may try a class for free.
