Sweat Lodge at the VA in SLC

Details
There is limited room, so I have to limit the group to 5 each time we go. I have attended this on more than one occasion and found it to be one of the most profound spiritual experiences I've ever had. I have included a link on the kinds of things to expect, although each sweat leader has minor differences that will be explained on a given night. Generally, all you have to worry about is; don't come if you are menstruating, bring a small snack for the group (it can be homemade), although you don't have to stay after to eat (I usually don't), wear comfortable loose clothing, a small towel, some water, and shoes you can remove. Plan to be there about 3 hours. It may be a good idea to hydrate beforehand, but I have not personally seen anyone or experienced issues myself (and sadly I don't drink near enough water!). https://adventure.howstuffworks.com/sweat-lodge2.htm
