A key intention of this meetup is to check your progress with regards to your current job search/job in Germany or even if you're in another country

Navigating job search/jobs needn't be a lonely journey anymore - let's leverage the power of true community in our jobs/job search journey as

Meetup Agenda:
- Answering one specific question for each & every meetup attendee to keep things fair. Please choose which is the most important question for you with regards to your job search/career.
- Presentation & Discussion(with Q&A) related to why care about looking within is key to tapping into your true potential & towards being successful with finding your next job/advancing in your career.
- In the remaining time of the meetup(i.e., within the 2 hr time meetup time frame) take up the highest voted other job search/career questions in the case we have too many participants and/or many participant questions left. I intend to use Slido for the same(link to Slido for asking Q&A will be shared during the meetup)

Intended topics to be discussed as part of the participant specific Q&A

• Strategies to get & prepare for interviews for jobs in Germany & in general
• Carl Jung once said: "Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes" Let's talk about why looking within is key to building inner strength & all the more so during these uncertain times in order to be successful
• How to build endurance, resilience in the current times to become successful
• ​You have other specific questions/challenges you'd like to discuss pertaining to your current job/job search
• Finding IT jobs in Germany that offer visa sponsorship
• Blue card or freelance visa related questions(I can only share my personal experience and not offer legal advice)

Who is behind organizing this meetup?
Mohnish: Expat founder of Wherecanonefind(currently building something related to mental health & well being)
- He's an IT developer turned founder after recently getting his EU PR
- 5+ yrs in Germany(employment + freelance visa) | 12+ yrs IT exp

- To provide a safe space to be seen, listened to, & be understood with regards one's challenges navigating a challenging job & search in Germany
- Sharing Experiences is welcome because we're only better together as a community where we can continually learn from each other
