757 Leadership Exchange is hosted by Decision Point Leadership Group (DPLG), a Hampton Roads-based leadership development and consulting company founded by Lorenzo L. Sellers Sr., a retired U.S. Navy leader with 22 years of military service and author of The Decision Point.

Our philosophy is rooted in one simple belief: The quality of your leadership is often determined by the decisions you make before the consequences arrive.
