À propos du présentateur:
Derek Roberti has a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford, and was Sitecore North Americas 5th employee where he ran the North America support and services team. In February of 2018, Derek joined other Sitecore veterans at Cognigy as the VP of Technology for North America. Cognigy is a Gartner recognized (Cool Vendor) Conversational AI platform, and many customers calling them the “Sitecore for Conversation Management.”

He has a front-end developer background and he is interested in all aspects of software development. Jeff is a co-founder and co-organizer of the Sitecore User Group Quebec.
