Chicago Innov8 Showcase Series put on by Rwilo at mHub
Details
You Create, We Connect, Imagine it Made.
Join Rwilo as we break the walls down of local maker spaces, business incubators, and fab labs to create an open source community of like minded individuals. Connect with makers, engineers, designers, artists, entrepreneurs, and manufactures. Build the next generation of makers and entrepreneurs and hear from members currently thriving at our featured space. 3D printing and digital fabrication is about people and collaboration. Focus is often either on the machines that print or the objects that have been created. Very rarely do we elevate the artists, designers, and engineers who are making use of innovative technology. Rwilo’s Innovation Connection Showcase will give people and communities a better way to communicate resources, capabilities, and talent to collaborate and build the foundations of next generation manufacturing.
Rwilo’s goal is to start building decentralized communities of innovation to inspire, connect, and elevate entrepreneurial engineers, designers, and artists in their efforts to create amazing products.
It's time we have a stronger outreach to our students.
Rwilo's (http://www.rwilo.com) goal is to increase visibility of Chicago's maker spaces by connecting members with like minded individuals and creating outreach to Chicago Public School students thus giving today's youth, from all walks of life, the next stop on their journey after they graduate highschool and college. Encouraging them to continue their educational advancement with their CTE programs and creative spirits while showing them the resources they need to create the next generation of makers and entrepreneurs.
