Speed Writing
We're trying something new! For this edition of Speed Writing, a group will be in-person at the Georgetown Public Library. We'll also be dialed in (using a laptop or iPad) to our usual Zoom link so those are are remote can participate. If it works we may do more of these, if not then we'll chalk it up to a lesson learned. Using various writing prompts, we'll write, share, and discuss our work. We'll use exercises that are appropriate for fiction, non-fiction, and poetry.
Bring whatever you use to write with, and be ready for those creative juices to start flowing. We'll be having a Potluck prompt session so bring a prompt with you to share. (If you are interested in facilitating a future Speed Writing, please let us know!)
How to Join: The link for this Zoom meeting is visible on this page for those who RSVP. Clicking the link will ask you to enter a password. The link & password are posted on Discord AND will be emailed to all RSVPed participants approximately 30 min prior to the meeting start time.
