People are talking a lot about blockchain these days but few are making useful products.

We've decided to host a series of events that focus on how to make useful blockchain and p2p products a reality by focusing on the design and software development of these products.

We need applications that can monetize the usefulness of blockchain. It's going to take people with a multi-disciplinary approach while we're in the infancy of the of the commercialization of blockchain and p2p technology, we need to be entrepreneurs, designers, marketers and developers all at once. This first event will be an opportunity for us to offer our attendees resources and contacts to get them started on a journey to understand the technical and hands-on aspects of blockchain technologies.

Eventually, we'd like for these events to become a way for us to contribute to the community by filling any knowledge gaps that people may have about any aspect of the blockchain or related topics. The coding and conferences taking place will be accessible to anyone with a minimal background in software and IT.

Les gens parlent de blockchain, mais ne savent pas comment en faire des produits rentables.

Nous avons choisi de commencer une série de soirées de conférences, portant sur les façons de mener à terme des projets blockchain créant de la vraie valeur économique, par le développement et le design d'applis blockchains.

Nous avons besoin d'applications qui arrivent à monétiser leur offre, ce qui n'existe presque pas présentement. Pour ce faire, il faut des gens polyvalents prêts à travailler concrètement sur des projets. En effet, nous croyons qu'il est essentiel, alors qu'on se trouve dans la phase embryonnaire de la commercialisation des réseaux p2p et blockchains, d'être à la fois entrepreneurs, designers, marketeurs et développeurs. Lors de cette première soirée nous voulons offrir des contacts et des ressources à nos invités pour les aider à s’orienter dans le monde technique du blockchain.

Tout cela dit, éventuellement, nous voulons aider tout le monde à combler ses lacunes dans quel que soit le domaine où ils/elles se sentent dépassé.e.s.. Pour finir, les concepts techniques seront accessibles à toute personne ayant un minimum d’expérience en informatique. Les conférences ainsi que l'assistance seront variées et diverses.
