Topic:
Were opening the floor to designers and entrepreneurs to present their ideas or products for design feedback. There are 5 slots to fill. Each presenter will have exactly 5 minute to present their ideas to the rest of the group. After each presentation, we will open up for 5 minute Q&A sessions so that people may ask questions and help presenters with thoughts, insights, ideas etc. This is an opportunity to collaborate, network & perfect presentation skills. Students and novices are encouraged to participate to hone their skills. To those not presenting, this is a great opportunity for members to see how design is evaluated and get familiar with presenting to a group.
Applied Design Science (ADS) will provide a risk analysis & design assessment based on participants presentations to help evaluate their product and services.
If you are interested in participating send us a message through MeetUp message board below. Give us the name of your presentation and any company affiliation. We will message you back when you are in the slot. We’ll open for submission on the day of presentations if time slots are available.
Presentations start promptly at 7:00. We will have a TV monitor for media presentations and microphone. If you have a powerpoint presentation or media, you are expected to bring your own computers to present and to come early to make sure your connections are compatible and ready for presentation. Time is limited and you will be expected to stay on time in the interest of other presenters.
