If you’re longing for some quiet time to be with yourself, this retreat offers a gentle space to slow down, renew & recharge.

Through a blend of mindfulness & kindness practices, we’ll explore a softening towards ourselves & a gentle opening of the heart to others. These practices support self-compassion, ease of being & invite a more present, conscious way of living.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice. You are invited to practice in whatever way your body needs - on a chair, cushion or mat. The retreat will be held largely in silence, to support a deep inner nourishing.
