“Entangled” - new documentary about Right Whales

Details
The critically endangered North Atlantic right whale population is, as few as, 366 whales. Of the new estimate, only 94 are believed to be reproductive females. “With so few North Atlantic right whales, every death is its own tragedy,” said The Conservation Law Foundation.
It is now time for the return of the Right Whales to our offshore waters.
This years November Right Whale Festival was canceled due to the global Covid-19 pandemic. We will continue to celebrate the annual return of endangered North Atlantic right whales to the warm coastal water off northeast Florida and Georgia through a series of educational posts on social media. In addition, the Right Whale Festival and Clearwater Marine Aquarium Research Institute will be hosting an online screening of the new documentary "Entangled."
"Entangled" is a new, award-winning film about how climate change has accelerated a collision between one of the world’s most endangered species, North America’s most valuable fishery, and a federal agency mandated to protect both.
On November 15-16, you will be able to watch the film at this link: https://vimeo.com/ondemand/entangledfilm at a discounted rate of $10.99 using the code NARW2020.
We will also be hosting a virtual Question & Answer Session on November 16 from 6:30pm-7:30pm. The producer of "Entangled," along with right whale experts from Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Clearwater Marine Aquarium Research Institute, and others will be available to answer questions about the documentary and right whales. Please follow our Facebook page for the link to the Q&A Session: https://www.facebook.com/RightWhaleFestival
Thanks for your interest in helping to protect North Atlantic right whales!
