The schedule for this event is an informal exploration of some of the following:
*Introductions for Small Groups: How did you become interested in Dr. Joe’s work, where are you individually with meditations/studies and what are the areas you might need support? Being new is completely okay!
Introductions for Large Groups: Give your name and city where you live.
*Dr. Joe guided breath work
*Dr. Joe guided meditation
*Voluntary sharing of healing experiences and manifesting results
*Group healing interaction based on retreat format from Dr. Joe’s workshops with an additional hands-on healing chair option
Chairs will be provided. If you prefer to sit on the floor, please feel free to bring a yoga mat and/or blanket- whatever makes you feel comfortable.
Due to winter weather conditions we are to remove our shoes before entering the sanctuary. Heavy socks, indoor shoes or throw blanket may be brought for your maximum comfort.
You are welcome to bring a water bottle.
Please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself situated before our prompt start time. Once meditation begins the doors will be locked.
If you have RSVP-ed to come and your plans have changed, be mindful to change your response as the set up of room and agenda are based on the number of attendees expected.
If you have been a "no-show" on two occasions or more without any communication, you will be blocked. In this instance, it may be a good time to reread, "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself".
