What is Around the Round Table?

Around the Round Table is an events company that seeks to bring more voices to the table and make writing more accessible.

Around the Round Table, provides resources to support essay writing, journalism, and creative work. Getting your foot in the door when it comes to publishing can feel impossible, Around the Round Table (https://aroundtheroundtable.co.uk/) provides a place for you to publish your work online.

Alongside our website, we run fortnightly writing sessions covering a range of topics to build our beautiful community and bring creative writing to everyone.

What experience do the hosts have?

All of our hosts are passionate about writing, hold degrees in English and creative writing and are writers themselves. Our events are always thoroughly researched and we will point you in the right direction for any extra information you may require.

Do I have to put my camera on?

The short answer is no, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible during our events and workshops. We welcome you to interact with the group and turn your camera or microphone on for parts of the session but we won't force you!
