Skill Requirements: Basic Knowledge of Machine Sewing
Time: 2.5 hours
Price: $25 (This fee includes all of the supplies needed for one large, or two medium bowls)

You need to bring your own machine!!

In this class we will learn to make a simple rope bowl using just our machines, rope and thread. Jessee will also share tips and tricks to make the process easier and how to add details like fabric scraps, yarn, string and more. There will also be a demo at the end showing some alternative ways of assembly that you can try at home, one specific one for this month will be how to make an Easter basket version!!. On top of all of this, be prepared for an hour and a half of non stop tips of all kinds of sewing that may not have anything to do with the bowls. These bowls are great for gifts or for decorating your own home. The shapes and sizes are endless. Tools and Supplies For You to Use:

  • Scissors
  • Pins
  • A Bin of Fabric Scraps (to add to the rope)

Supplies Provided For You to Take Home/Use in Your Project:

  • Thread (beige)
  • Heavy Duty Sewing Machine Needle
  • Rope Optional Supplies:
  • Scrap Fabric (to add to the rope)

Space is limited to 4 students
