Non-violent communication is a proven way to find common ground with anyone anywhere.

For people in stressful jobs, movements or families it's an essential skill to heal rifts, overcome misunderstandings and move forward together.

In this short introduction we'll look at how to connect empathically with self and others to have more satisfying relationships. We'll do some exercises to practice some techniques and meet some fellow empathetic travellers along the way.
