Presentation Description:
What are the correlations between spirituality, energy-based practices, and coaching? Lynne shares her journey into coaching after years of study and practice in the healing arts. Now she has melded these pursuits in dynamic, deeply moving ways that lead to practical, applicable results for her clients.

We'll explore coaching methods that cross into spiritual practice and reflect on how coaching awakens new levels of consciousness in our clients. We’ll also look at spiritual practices that support our self-care as practitioners while navigating uncertain times, like now, for better outcomes.

This presentation also includes light-hearted activities to:

• Increase awareness of your energetic or spiritual presence and perspective
• Make conscious independent choices with holistic wisdom
• Use energy-based practices to regulate reactive behavior
