Blackbaud is kindly sending a team of training specialists to Vancouver. *There might be some minor changes to the agenda, as Blackbaud is still confirming a couple details.

Biography
Special guest Naomi Harding - Principal Educational Consultant
Naomi has worked for more than ten years at Blackbaud. She has years of experience working with customers to help them better understand and more effectively use their Blackbaud software. She specializes in delivering high quality customer training on Blackbaud technology solutions and works closely with customers during implementation projects. Naomi has earned several honors and awards, including awards for highest customer survey scores and support of her peers.
Naomi has partnered with one of Europe’s largest nonprofit organizations, delivering customized training for more than 100 students. She also has an on-going training relationship with a national military academy. Naomi has trained customers in hospitals, museums, botanical gardens, school stores, Admissions, and Registrars offices in the US, Canada, and Europe.
Prior to becoming a Software Instructor, Naomi worked in Blackbaud Customer Support where she helped customers troubleshoot issues and provided step-by-step explanations to help users achieve their goals.
Naomi’s understanding of The Raiser’s Edge reflects her involvement with the software from the last days of our DOS version up to the latest version. She has trained customers on Altru, The Education Edge, Microsoft’s RMS, and Blackbaud’s POS and SSM integration tools. She works to enhance our customers understanding of our internet solutions including NetSolutions, Blackbaud NetCommunity, and Online Campus Community. Naomi has created custom reports and worked to develop training for Crystal versions 7, 8.5, and 11.
Naomi has been involved with a variety of nonprofit organizations including the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, the Historic Charleston Foundation, and other local nonprofit groups.
