Luminate Online Discussion Group

Friendly reminder this session’s intention is trouble shooting issues that current users are experiencing.

We appreciate that people are interested in Luminate Online, however this session is specifically set up for CURRENT users – NOT appropriate for individuals who are not yet using the product. If you want feedback from the group, kindly post your questions online or communicate directly with Blackbaud. In case we have a waitlist , then we politely request NON USERS to update their RSVPs so current users are able to participate.

Are there a lot of Luminate Online users in our Blackbaud User Group?

A suggestion was put forth to invite "all Luminate users to an open session to talk about LO experiences". Rather than finding presenters, the format on Friday October 16, 2015 is a sharing workshop. Everyone will have an opportunity to discuss your organization's perspective - before, during and after implementation.

During our conversation, we'll figure out what content is most helpful to create a Luminate Online teaching session to share with our larger Blackbaud User Group. We've heard your feedback and desire to learn MORE about Luminate Online & CRM.
