let's start at 4 pm seems most people prefer late start as well.

Since I have a changing schedule, if I were to make it, I would post a comment on the meetup page before the meeting time, I suggest everyone who RSVPed wants to play also post a note/comment before the meetup, so people will know for sure and would not waste time waiting .
