Match Point Launch Party - IGDA Cincinnati

It's time to celebrate!

The crew at Jolly Crouton Media is releasing their video game Match Point Game on Steam.(https://store.steampowered.com/app/764890/Match_Point/)

IGDA Cincinnati is partnering with 16-Bit Bar+Arcade to host a party to cap off the team's stint of hard work. We'll be putting on a Match Point tournament with their fancy new online bracket and giving away a trophy to the winner. There will also be free play stations, as well as a cocktail arcade version to test your skills with.

For the uninitiated, Match Point is a two- to four-player eSports-inspired party game--it's kind of like Mario and soccer put together, with a dash of Smash Bros. and a smattering of Rocket League. Tether, kick, block, and counter the ball into the other team's goal on a variety of stages, and tweak the rules of the game for absurd new ways to play. For two years now, Austin and Clayton have been on the convention circuit, listening to your feedback and incorporating it into one hella good time.

The event starts on launch day, Thursday, October 4th at 7PM.

There's no cover charge--just grab a drink and come play a Cincinnati-made game.
