Big Beach Busk 2023 (Electronic Edition)

Electronic musicians can be buskers, too! Granted, we need more bells and whistles to make it work.

The Big Beach Busk is an event happening at Portobello Beach on the last Saturday in August every year (unless there's a pandemic on, of course).

Who will be brave enough to join me at this usually completely analogue event?

I've dabbled in it, way back before the world ended. Other than being chastised by a grumpy violinist, it was a good experience, with The Espy restaurant nice enough to provide me with a power point and table to sit on.

If you have a portable, battery-powered PA and/or generator you could bring along, let me know, as I'm not sure The Espy's helpfulness can be guaranteed this year.

The location (front of The Espy) is provisional, we might just use it as a meeting spot or not at all.
