An Introduction To DAM Vendor Selection

We are staging a London DAM Meetup educational seminar on the complex subject of DAM vendor selection. The event is being held at King's College London (KCL) who offer an MA course in Digital Asset Management (the only institution in the world to do so currently).

The seminar will cover these key points:

Building a business case for a DAM solution
Who should be in your selection team
Collecting requirements
Researching the market
Carrying out effective demos and product evaluations
RFPs

A representative of DAM vendor, Widen, will also deliver a presentation offering the vendor perspective on selection exercises. This will be process-oriented in nature and is not a demo of their product platform.

There will be an opportunity for questions at the end and the discussion may well continue at a nearby pub after the two hours assigned for the seminar itself.

The event is free of charge and open to all London DAM members, plus any guests you may wish to invite. There is a maximum of 30 attendees due to the size of the room we have been given by KCL.
