A Taste of That Thing in the Desert

"A Taste of That Thing in the Desert" is an all-ages public outdoor event hosted by the Alberta Regional Burning Man Community, this year in partnership with the Calgary Downtown Association as part of the Beakerhead Experience

aToTTitD is a celebration of Communal Effort, Participation, and Radical Self-Expression through a festive display of arts, science, and engineering. Inspired by Black Rock City, the yearly temporary city, Alberta Burners will bring the context and principles of Burning Man closer to home. Expect to enjoy art displays, workshops, performances, dancing to DJs, and FIRE! Expressive dress and costumes are encouraged for this all-ages event with fun and interactivity for kids and grown-ups alike.
