Bay View Bash Bitcoin Booth Planning

Anyone willing to help with the planning for the Bitcoin Booth at the Bay View Bash Street Party please try to attend. We'll meet every OTHER week until the bash to hash out the details and create any materials we will need for hand outs. This was a successful event last year and I think this year it can be even more so. The Bash is Saturday, September 13th from 10 am till 10pm. We will also need volunteers to set-up, man the booth, and take down the booth the day of the bash.

We can use financial contributors to pay for booth materials, if you'd like to donate please let me know.

Who has the big Bitcoin Banner we used at last years booth?

FAQ, since a lot has changed with bitcoin and it's users since last year, I need people who are knowledgeable to contribute FAQ's. You do not have to be at this meeting to contribute. I'll start a discussion for this.

Also looking for interesting stories on Bitcoin use, new major online stores that are using, regulation info, other alt-currencies, multi-signature wallets, the recognition of Bitcoin as money and property. We could have some articles available on the booth table for people to take.

FYI this location is the same as last year (the Fixx Coffee shop closed and is now Jacob's Well Cafe). The owner is very friendly to our cause and a personal friend of mine. Hopefully we'll have him set up with Bitcoin by the end of our planning meetings.
