Celebrate Earth Day with TAP-LA with Nothin’ But Sand! (Volunteer Event)

Join members of TAP-LA as we take part in this exciting beach clean-up to celebrate Earth Day at the very popular Santa Monica Pier (1600 Ocean Front Walk, Santa Monica, CA 90401) – Meet at North side of Pier.
Come at 9:30am to get to meetup with TAP-LA volunteers before the event begins at 10:00am.
This community service event is sponsored by Heal the Bay (http://www.healthebay.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and protecting the Santa Monica Bay, one of Los Angeles’ most popular beaches.
Spend a couple of hours at the beach while we collect bottles and trash to keep this popular destination looking pretty!
Supplies are provided. Bring own water and snacks if desired. Please wear clothes and shoes you are willing to get dirty in.
Pay to park in a nearby lot or street parking available.
