Health and Productive Programming

Most people scoff at the thought of programming being a physical activity. However, this talk is set out to prove them wrong. First, we'll cover the argument that there is a big physical component to being a developer. Then we'll cover how to incorporate a healthy lifestyle to become a more productive programmer.

Chris Allport will lead this talk. And has no plans to brow beat everyone about how they should be doing a better job. In fact, he will be breaking down his own bad habits and struggles. This should be a fun topic, and please come ready to participate an share your own experiences.
