My favorite part of the Okinawan Festival is ANDAGI and more importantly ANADOG! I go on Saturday morning to eat andagi (Okinawan donut) with a hot coffee while I watch live entertainment (especially love the dragon stories). Then I shop from vendors. A little later, I eat 1-2 anadog (like a corn dog but dipped in andagi batter). By this time (2-3 hours), I'm usually ready to walk home.
