Let’s do brunch the fun way. You know—the kind where the food is exciting, the cocktails are flirty, the company is intriguing, and everyone leaves saying, “Okay… that was really good.”

We’re heading to Mud Hen Water, the Kaimukī favorite serving modern Hawaiian brunch with serious personality. Expect sourdough banana pancakes that feel like a hug, ulu fries you’ll “just try” and then absolutely demolish, fresh fish with luʻau, and biscuits so good they deserve their own fan club.
The space is light and breezy, the service is warm, and the cocktails understand the assignment: brunch, not bedtime. The menu is small and seasonal—less decision paralysis, more wow, I’m ordering that again.

Drinks and food are on your own dime, but the company is on the house.

About a week before, I’ll check in to reconfirm everyone’s RSVP. If your plans change, please update your status so someone on the waiting list can join us—we’ve had some at past brunches, and we’d hate for anyone to miss out on a great meal and even better conversation.

Getting there is easy:
There’s metered parking along Waialae Avenue, plus multiple bus routes within easy walking distance.

No stress, no excuses.
Come for brunch. Stay for the vibes. Leave very pleased with your life choices.
