Seeing that last month’s theater Meet-Ups actually drew humans (and not just good intentions), let’s do it again.
We’ll kick things off at Serg’s Kitchen at 6:15 pm for Mexican food that understands the assignment: delicious, satisfying, and strategically portioned so no one is nodding off mid-show. The fish taco with a twist of lime paired with a cold mango Jarritos? Elite combo. Come hungry, leave happy—but still awake.
Important housekeeping note: while the fellowship and witty conversation are complimentary, your dinner and show ticket are, tragically, not. The good news? There’s plenty of parking and a bus stop nearby, so getting there is the easiest part of the evening.

After dinner and a short leisurely stroll, we’re off to Manoa Valley Theater, for a rendition of the Tony-award winning musical, Spring Awakening which drops us into buttoned-up 1891 Germany, where teenagers are given strict rules, zero information, and absolutely no emotional support—then expected to grow up just fine. Spoiler: they don’t. Set to a modern alt-rock score, the riveting show tackles adolescence, rebellion, and self-discovery with honesty, intensity, and a whole lot of feelings.

👉 Join us for bold music, big feelings, and a reminder that adolescence has always been a mess.
