SPAM-tastic Voyage: Waikiki Edition

It’s that glorious time of year again—when Waikīkī leans all the way in… yep, the Waikiki SPAM Jam is back 😄
Gaston (self-appointed canine SPAM ambassador and unapologetic taste tester), I, and a few brave souls are hitting Kalākaua Ave to make some questionable—but delicious—life choices. On the menu: SPAM ice cream from Asato Family Shop, SPAM fries, SPAM nachos, and yes… even Hula Pie sprinkled with SPAM bits (no judgment zone).
We’ll rally in front of the International Market Place around 4:30 PM. Since parking will be limited around Waikiki, suggest you take public transportation, Uber, or park at the marina, zoo, or Kapiolani Park and walking it in. Besides it’ll help you burn off all that culinary decadence that you’ve partaken in at the festival. Come hungry, come curious, and maybe bring your cardiologist on standby. While entry is free, the dishes are not so bring a hearty appetite, a peculiar sense of taste, and a pocketful of cash (or card). Let me know if you’re in 🤙
