Volunteer Opportunity: TVA Walk/Run Club

Travel Visions Aloha (TVA) Run Club is an inclusive run club for blind and visually impaired participants on Oʻahu!

Join us at Magic Island for movement, connection, confidence building, and community. Walk, jog, or run at your own pace alongside trained volunteer guides while making a meaningful difference in someone’s life and helping create a more inclusive Hawaiʻi.

Volunteer guide training: 7:45 AM
Participants join: 8:00 AM
Wrap up: 9:00 AM

Please register, and we will email volunteer guides a few brief training resources today so everyone feels excited, confident, and prepared for Saturday!

Please note that Lantern Floating Hawaiʻi event preparations have already begun at Ala Moana Beach Park, so some parking areas and parts of our usual route may have minor detours. TVA has already coordinated with on site security, and Run Club will still take place safely as planned.
If possible, please arrive a little earlier than usual for parking. Our usual Handi Van drop off area and TVA setup location near the accessible bathrooms will remain open and accessible.
