• Miso Garlic Butter Fork-Tender Pork Shank with sesame hummus, Vietnamese sambal, and wakame crunch,

• Misoyaki Butterfish with wasabi beurre blanc, forbidden rice, and lomi tomato,
🍷paired with Neyers Chardonnay from Sonoma County.

💵 Payment Reminder: Everyone will be responsible for their own bill, including the 20% tip. The $55 prix fixe menu and optional $23 wine pairing are per person, before tip and any applicable taxes.
