You don’t need to bring anything but yourself! Good for the body, mind and soul! Candlelight yoga is held Thursday nights at 7:30 at MBBC Dance studio in Tempe. Optional sound bath following :) all levels welcome and cost is by donation. 🙏🧘♀️
