An enormous opportunity came up this weekend: Co.Station BXL (http://www.co-station.com/), Le Wagon Brussels and StartupBus managed to get access to the livestream of the Lean Startup Conference which is happening in San Francisco on Tuesday and Wednesday.

More or less every popular startup nowadays tries to follow the lean startup methodology in order to become successful and grow. But what exactly is the Lean Startup methodology? Can a government and its civil servants learn anything from it?
