In this the first of the four remainding classes on communication, we will be covering the clarity model of communication and how to help others reframe their thoughts and to persuade them using suggestions and hints.
In the final four sessions we are looking at NLP and Communication Skills. To date we have covered NLP Principles and tools that you can use for internal change and mindset change - Now we will be covering how NLP can help you to communicate effectively with others.
We also use visualisation exercises (Hypnosis) and Metaphors along with fun games and exercises to get you learning and moving in a fun new way...
And then later on we go off to the pub for some socialising!
FORMAT OF THE EVENING
6.30pm - Arrivals/Introductions
6.45pm What is NLP? (Basic Intro)

7.30pm Visualisation/Hypnosis exercise
8-8.30pm To the pub!
There are already 4-5 regulars who come every week, I will be limiting the numbers to 12 overall, so spaces are limited!

Week 10 - Communicating with others - Effective Language in Communication
Week 11 - Communicating with others - Instant Rapport
Week 12 - Communicating with others - Strategies in Communication
These sessions will be a combination of teaching on how to use NLP to tackle any problem areas you may have as well as doing visualisation/hypnosis exercises that you can use to really get a breakthrough in your unconscious mind. Finally, you will receive a LOT of comprehensive notes as well as techniques and tools that you can use DAILY to tackle these areas.
Tools and techniques like:
- Creating a happiness anchor to stop you from overeating/getting angry/overspending
- Using visualisation techniques to ensure you are totally confident when going for an interview
- Learning how to paraphrase and match/mirror people that you want to improve your relationship with
- Using visualisation techniques to change habits (eg. getting angry when you get stuck in traffic, snacking on junk food)
As you can see, the stuff you learn is guaranteed to change your life as long as you commit to practising and implementing them daily!
These are all areas that I have worked on myself and see tremendous improvements and changes so I am living proof that this works!
