Join us at the home of Community Together CIC for an 18+ male talking and listening group that helps you measure, build and maintain your mental fitness. We meet fortnightly on Wednesday's, 7-9pm.
We start by asking - How are you? Out of 10?
In total, four rounds of sharing including a checkout at the end allow you to measure your mental fitness before and after.
