Tour de Cypresswood Bike Path

If you’re wondering what to do about that mountain bike hanging up in the garage, Come out and enjoy the trails of Cypresswood with us.

People ask me sometime, "Tommy, It's so difficult to get out and ride my mountain bike". As an Expert Rider, I tell them, " First of all, do not hang your bike up on hooks out of the way. This will make it difficult for you to take it down and maybe an excuse not to ride". Second, " Have your gear and everything you ride with in a easy to carry tub or container in your car". Third, " Get a bike rack that you can easily put your bike on and off with."

In theory, " Remove the obstacles and gain the success."

This will be an introduction to the Cypresswood trails for beginners and intermediate mountain bike riders only. This will be at a slow to moderiate pace with frequent stops.

This mountain bike ride will consist of the following:

Introduction to the Dirt Trails

Bike Safety

Path Language

How to change a flat tire (at the end of each ride)

Keep in mind that not all riders knows how to change a flat. IF everyone is good with knowing how to, this lesson will be skipped. Please bring tools if you want hands on experience with this lesson.

Please remember this is a limited RSVP where you get VIP treatment from a 20 year plus expert mountain bike rider and if your not going to make it, please change your RSVP to " NOT GOING". This will allow others to join in on the fun.
