Talk: Capturing data and improving outcomes for Humans and Machines using the Internet of Caring Things by Laurence Yudkovitch, Innovative Product Manager

Laurence will discuss how the IoT is changing the landscape for remotely monitoring people and systems. He will cover applications in healthcare and senior living to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs and improve availability. Considerations for reliability, privacy and security as well as their impact on architectural decisions will also be discussed, and what’s really changed in the last 15 years to make this a game changer.

About speaker:

Laurence Yudkovitch has been launching innovative Healthcare and IT solutions for over 15 years. As a product manager, he is passionate about using technology to simplify processes and create exceptional user experiences. He’s been involved with remotely monitoring physical devices, environmental parameters and oxygen loving humans. Despite his training as a computer engineering, his presentations feature a high ratio of graphics to words and entertaining anecdotes.
