Welcome to 8:30 Connection Circle.
This is a community for people exploring mind awareness, spirituality, and personal growth. We discuss mindfulness, spiritual psychology, self-knowledge, and wisdom from many paths and faiths, in a respectful and open space.
I started this group because I did not always have a space in my own circles to talk openly about the inner work I am learning and practicing. I wanted a community on that same path, so we can reflect, share, and grow together through both in-person and virtual conversations.
